Corporate Social Responsibility, Talk about the good work being done by firms in touch with their triple bottom line. |
If CSR reports were celebrities...

I am probably going to get some hate mail for this one and I am definitely going to get some slack for thinking this much about certain celebrities, but looking over piles of sustainability reports, I just couldn't help but draw some comparisons....

Anastasia Harrison 22 July 2009 I love this approach, makes it so very clear. If only we were as obsessed with the environment and how we purchase our goods and services as we are with Hollywood. Look what happens when a celebrity endorses something for the environment. All of a sudden people listen. Hummmmmmm???

Michelle Bernhart 14 May 2009 Great approach! I'll add one more: Motorola's 2008 report and supplementary "summary" are like Drew Carey and the glamorous women he's dated--a rather plain fellow with a gorgeous accessory on the side. http://jm.ly/fO7W8P

Elaine Cohen 13 May 2009 hey, what a creative way at looking at CR reports. Love the Helen Mirren and HBSC match. Though Helen is so archetypically english and HBSC doesnt really fit the image - Barclays might have been better .Their reports are pretty sleek too.
But well done on a lighter hearted look at a subject which people are usualy so (boringly) serious about ..... thanks, elaine |
