Driving Organizational Alignment Around a New Growth Strategy
- Culture has been a key aspect of enabling Keysight's transformation into a growth company.
- Four main aspects of Keysight's culture in enabling this transformation include: innovation and collaboration; diverse workforce; the Keysight Leadership Model; and employee engagement and commitment.
- Five generations of employees, combined with global diversity and inclusive practices, provide depth of experience and agility to enable the company to innovate and execute vision.
- Demonstrating how the company deeply cares about employees — exemplified through several crisis situations, including wildfires and the pandemic — and providing career-long employee development and learning opportunities make for a winning formula for a great culture and work environment.
