IBM P-TECH: Helping Graduates Blaze Diverse Pathways to Success

The new hit movie "Hidden Figures" tells the story of three African American women whose mathematical prowess helped put America's astronauts into space -- and return them safely to Earth -- during the 1960s Space Race. But who are TODAY's "Hidden Figures"? Where are we finding them? How are we encouraging them? What opportunities are we providing for them? And which contributions will they make to today's "moon shots" such as curing cancer, responding to the effects of climate change, and other essential initiatives?

This featured video profiles three new graduates of IBM P-TECH who are helping to redefine the roles (and images) of young women and students of color in STEM. Find out how they are helping to advance cultural, economic and gender diversity in the tech industry, while inspiring others like themselves to pursue their dreams.
