So, you’ve done the RFP (Request for Proposal) process. You’ve figured out your top vendor choices to help manage your corporate volunteer and giving programs.

Now, it’s show time.

You may be thinking, “Sitting through demos takes so much time!” It does. That’s why you need to make sure it’s time well spent.

You and your team should be well prepared going in to get the best overview of tools possible. Keep in mind that one demo per vendor will help you narrow down your decision to a top vendor or two, but you’ll likely need to see the tools more than once to make an informed decision.
