As a Company which aims to make diversity and inclusion a competitive advantage, CNH Industrial is strongly invested in the promotion and expansion of its female workforce. This starts at the very top with 40% of its Board of Directors being female.

During a recent business trip to CNH Industrial’s offices and plants in India, Chief Technology Officer, Jay Iyengar, took some time to meet with female employees at the Greater Noida facility where CNH Industrial manufactures agricultural equipment.

Her visit provided great motivation to the local team on what can be achieved in their careers, both as women and as Indian nationals.

CNH Industrial continues to carry out global leadership development initiatives for its female employees with international projects including a Women’s Mentoring dedicated to emerging talents and a Coaching for Women program focused on fostering growth into leadership positions.
