GM has a green tariff with DTE Energy for 300,000 megawatt hours of renewable energy, enough to power nearly 30,000 households per year. Eight of DTE’s wind parks are located in Huron County, MI, including Pinnebog wind park.

In addition to setting sustainability and renewable energy goals, we have also committed to increasing the percentage of sustainable materials in our vehicles. In partnership with our suppliers, at least 50 percent of the materials in our vehicles will be sustainable by 2030.
