Healthy crewmembers mean a healthy JetBlue, so it’s on us to keep improving. Building on the 2015 introduction of in-network health coverage for gender reassignment surgery, in 2016 we extended fertility benefits to support all crewmembers to build families.

DESTINATION: FAMILY contains three services that cater to opposite sex and same sex couples, along with single individuals looking to start a family. Reproductive Services offers financial support and access to qualified infertility nurses specializing in reproductive health. Adoption Assistance provides financial backing for adoption, and with our Maternity Rewards program, HealthyMoms HappyBabies, a maternity nurse gives personalized guidance and support throughout pregnancy.
