Rewiring Employment Systems: FSG’s Innovation Labs Now Accepting Applications
Everyone’s talking about workforce, but do you have the tools and knowledge to access and support new sources of talent? Over the last year, FSG has been working to advance employer practice change through their Talent Rewire Innovation Lab program, which supports a wide range of employers to better recruit, retain, and support historically overlooked talent pools with an aim of improving the bottom line.
The Talent Rewire Initiative will be launching a 3rd cohort, which will kick off with a boot camp November 7-9 in New Orleans, and will run through the summer of 2019. This is a great opportunity for companies to address a pressing talent need while receiving structured peer and consulting support.
Of the 13 companies who have participated in the previous two cohorts, 100% of them are scaling pilots they designed and implemented as part of the Lab experience. As one participant shared, "The innovation lab allowed us to build a program quicker and better than we could have done alone. Leveraging insights and problem solving in a safe, noncompetitive environment with other employers provided an immeasurable impact to support us and our employees.”
