Charity For Debt is an exciting new nonprofit that is changing the face of philanthropy.  Our organization is aimed at reducing the student loan debt in the United States while simultaneously connecting younger generations with their community through volunteer service. 

Charity For Debt, or CFD, combines local students and alumni who have student loan debt with local area charities and nonprofit organizations who need highly skilled and talented volunteers.  For every hour a student/alumni volunteers, CFD will pay down their student loan debt at a rate of $20 per verified hour of service.  We accomplish this through business sponsorships and local individual donors. 

Our model also provides donors an entirely transparent view of exactly how their dollars are being used to better the community of their choice, who they are helping, and what organization it is benefiting.
