Our Family Officer for the West Midlands is Angela Edwards (covering Birmingham, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire). “I have lived in the West Midlands area all my life, firstly in Sandwell and then in Staffordshire. I have three children including a profoundly deaf teenage son. “My previous role was as a Communication Support Worker in Wednesbury so I have experience of deafness and deaf issues from both a personal and professional perspective. I am really looking forward to working with you all and being involved in the local deaf groups.
