The Financial Times Group, a unit of Pearson plc, publishes the international business paper, which is printed in more than 20 cities worldwide. It has an afternoon edition in the UK as well as Asian and US editions. The company also publishes business and financial news on its Web site, FT.com, and it owns a 50% stake in The Economist Group, which publishes the weekly paper The Economist. In addition, Financial Times Group holds a 60% stake in US-based financial content supplier Interactive Data Corporation.
