IP Business, LLC is a Social Investment Vehicle that uses a groundbreaking methodology developed by Light Years IP called IP (Intellectual Property) Value Capture to achieve a higher, more secure income for literally millions of producers in Africa and the Caribbean.

This highly strategic and developed methodology identifies distinctive stakeholder owned products, assess the intangible value component of these products in the final retail markets, and analyzes where in the supply and value chains the most effective interventions can be made to secure and return significant income to the farmers and producers.

The method of IP Value Capture was implemented in The Ethiopia Fine Coffee Initiative, which cost $2.5m to increase additional income to producers of over $100m per year, and the Divine Chocolate company has been a spectacular investment.
