Terna - Rete Elettrica Nazionale SpA (Terna) is an Italy-based company engaged in the utility sector. The Company provides transmission and dispatching the high voltage (HV) grid throughout Italy through more than 60,000 kilometers of electric network. The Company is also involved in the management of the national high voltage electricity infrastructures. The Company operates through its subsidiaries: Telat Srl which is involved in the design, construction, management, development, operation and maintenance of high-voltage power lines; SunTergrid SpA and RTR Srl which are involved in the construction and maintenance of electricity transmission grids and plants for the generation of electricity, including renewables generation, for own use and sale in Italy and abroad.
