The Investor Suffrage Movement (http://www.isuffrage.org) proposes to establish an online global proxy voting system called the Global Proxy Exchange.  This exchange would enable individual investors to aggregate and transfer their shareholder voting rights to other individual investors, institutional investors, and/or charities.
