Alliance Data Included in 2020 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for Second Consecutive Year

As a company with clients, end-consumers and associates around the world, Alliance Data works to reflect the diversity of the markets it serves and embraces different backgrounds, viewpoints, skills and talents. At the Board and leadership levels, there has been a specific focus on promoting gender skills and diversity. While demographics have been the focus of associate diversity efforts in the past, recently the Alliance Data Board of Directors has been briefed on a more comprehensive view of the Company’s diversity efforts, including gender make-up, gender leadership and pay equity. With the majority of Alliance Data’s workforce and cardmembers made up of women, Alliance Data is proud of its diversity, equality and inclusion efforts that recently earned the Company a spot on the 2020 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the second consecutive year.
