A group of 35 Sands China Care Ambassadors spent an afternoon with 40 children and their parents from the Macau Down Syndrome Association, taking them on an “Amazing Race” through several DreamWorks Experience-themed adventures at Sands Cotai Central and The Venetian Macao. The day ended with a visit to Ice World.

Toni Stubbs had her sights set on being an attorney, but a chance encounter at her local library launched her on a new career path.
Toni is vice president of technology engineering and operations for Cox Virginia. She serves as the head of all network planning, engineering and the master telecommunications center operations throughout Cox Virginia’s Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia and Roanoke footprints. She also leads an enterprise engineering fulfillment operations team.
We can see diversity everywhere: in life experience, education, cultural background, gender and sexual identity. In the workplace, celebrating diversity means acknowledging the many identities that make an employee unique. To accept these unique identities, we first have to understand them. Understanding is a key step in creating an inclusive environment where employees feel acknowledged and valued.
