Ms. Walmsley leads Tetra Tech’s geomatic technologies group and is the program manager for remote sensing. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the environmental management and consulting industries. She is a certified GISP and PMP. Her experience includes using GIS and remote sensing technology on projects throughout the United States and internationally. She has managed many aspects of remote sensing, photogrammetry, and GIS, including data development and analysis, image classification, and new sensor technologies.

Rob Ivanovic is a senior engineering project manager with 20 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water distribution involving SCADA and DCS planning, design, programming, implementation, and testing. He has managed numerous engineering, construction, configuration, and start-up projects.

Jill Manning Hudkins is Tetra Tech’s One Water Initiative leader. She has 25 years of consulting engineering experience and is responsible for the development and implementation of many of Tetra Tech’s large water supply, conveyance, and treatment programs. Her experience includes master planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and a variety of technical assignments for water infrastructure projects with specific expertise in the application of membrane technologies.

Michael Kovacich, CPG, CP graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1991 with a major in geology and a minor in biology. He received his Master of Science in Earth Science from Western Michigan University in 1999, specializing in contaminant hydrogeology and coastal processes.

Shane Gerkin is a project engineer with Glumac, A Tetra Tech Company, based in Irvine, California. As part of Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings Group, he specializes in sustainable design projects for state and local municipalities, and commercial clients.
