Woman-founded 88 Acres first opened its doors in Boston, where Whole Planet Foundation funds microcredit through microfinance partner Grameen America. Their goal was to open their bakery in an area of need to drive job growth in the community. Composting at Sappi Transforms Food Waste Into Community Resource
