A FedEx 727 jet with 47,900 hours under its wings made its final flight Thursday morning, landing at Riverside Municipal Airport under a ceremonial water arch to become a laboratory for students in California Baptist University’s new aviation science program.

Professor C. Daniel Prather, chairman of the university’s aviation science program, said the first classes will start next fall, offering majors in aviation flight and aviation management.

Dr. King once said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is what are you doing for others?  In that spirit, nearly 10,000 volunteers, including Vice President Biden and his family, US Department of Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano, and some GSK employees from the DC office, assembled 100,000 care packages for US soldiers this past Saturday in honor of MLK Day of Service.

President, Albert Straus discusses the farm's energy production system of methane digestion, which utilizes recycled water, and methane captured from cow manure. The methane produced from the breakdown of manure is turned into enough energy to run their whole dairy, power Albert's car and put power back onto the grid. Now that is some powerful poop!
