Description:

In partnership with BrownFlynn, a leading corporate responsibility and sustainability firm in Cleveland, we are proud to present a specially focused Dialogue workshop for those who work in sustainability, corporate responsibility and environmental affairs.

You’ll get all the same tools that are part of our regular Dialogue in the Desert strategic thinking and planning workshop, but your fellow participants will all come from the same job function and interest level: sustainability and social responsibility.

You’ll apply the tools from Dialogue to your specific sustainability issues and you’ll share and learn form the experiences of your fellow participants.

Everyone will have the same interest, focus and passion: creating a more sustainable planet.

This Workshop will provide you with strategic tools that will help you think about, plan and develop your sustainability and corporate responsibility program.

You’ll get the same program that we offer in the regular Dialogue in the Desert Workshop, but with a group focus specifically on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

A Few Program Highlights: (See the content in the Original Dialogue Workshop for complete details)

  • The Strategy Map — A tool to help you set strategic direction for your sustainability practice.
  • Tools to help you be a more confident, influential presenter and better at dealing with conflict and resistance.
  • Sharing and learning best sustainability practices from your fellow Workshop participants.
  • A special presentation on the sustainability practices of the Sonoran Institute.
  • Hands-on practice with the workshop tools on specific issues you are facing.
  • Learning from the Sonoran Desert — and more!
