Job Description
The Manager of Corporate Sustainability is responsible for the oversight and implementation of sustainable programs and initiatives at all Domino Brands facilities in North America and Europe. This includes assisting all business units in the pursuit of sustainable ventures that will minimize our environmental impact, reliance on natural resources, and provide for future financial benefit. This position continuously drives excellence in sustainable systems and processes, and facilitates integration of them into Domino Brands’ overall business operations for productivity and growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies to address carbon reduction, energy use, resource conservation, recycling, pollution reduction, and waste
elimination. - Assess current EHS and Engineering projects to determine their impact on our growth relating to sustainability.
- Provide leadership in implementing initiatives by working with various organizational parts such as Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Sales to achieve desired goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability programs through tracking of indicators such as energy and natural resource usage, waste generation, emissions, and recycling.
- Develop, evaluate, and approval proposals for sustainability projects, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and integration with other business initiatives.
- Assist in the development of Life Cycle Assessments and Environmental Product Declarations.
- Where available, write grant and rebate applications, or proposals to secure public funding for sustainability projects.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives to the executive management group.

Job Requirements
- Mus thave strong regulatory knowledge in federal, state and local regulations within the US, Canada, and the EU.
- Experience in energy & water conservation, pollution prevention, waste management, and
carbon reduction. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance
metrics and outcomes. - Mustbe a confident communicator (including both written and verbal) and possess the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work
independently with minimal supervision. - Proven ability to be proactive, self-directed and highly organized.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidentiality matters.
- Strong computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to travel 70% for the first year, and 50% thereafter.
Education and/or Experience
- BS Degree in Environmental Sustainability Management, Environmental Science,
Environmental Engineering, or related field. - 7 – 10 years’ experience related to environmental management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience relating directly to sustainability.
- Professional certification desirable (QEP, CHMM, or equivalent)
