Our highly trained and experienced staff is made up of Certified Energy Managers (CEMs), Professional Engineers (PEs), and LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) who stay abreast of the latest advancements in energy efficiency technology and cost-saving techniques and who regularly contribute their own findings and ideas to the marketplace. Many of our staff are well-published in the energy field, and their publications and presentations can be found in popular trade journals and at energy conferences around the country.
Energy Project Engineers: 2-5 years energy engineering experience
Senior Engineers: 5+ years energy engineering experience

These positions require a dedicated interest in and knowledge of energy systems, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable practices for commercial building systems, new building construction, and industrial manufacturing operations. We seek candidates with significant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Energy Efficiency and Building Use Modeling and Simulation
- HVAC System Assessment and Analytical Modeling
- Demand Management and Demand Response
- State-of-the-Art Lighting Design Measurement and Verification (M&V)
- Building Simulation / Energy Modeling
- Building Commissioning
- High Performance and Green Buildings/LEED Certification
- Renewable Energy Technologies (photovoltaics, wind, distributed generation, etc.)
- Architectural Engineering and Building Science, Sustainable Practices
- Industrial Process Efficiency and Productivity
- Compressed Air Supply and Demand-Side Enhancements
Successful candidates will have experience conducting site surveys, performing measures analyses, and preparing comprehensive reports detailing analytical findings. The positions require the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and utility program administrators as cost-effective projects are implemented. Design, construction administration, and project management skills are a plus. Candidates should have a relevant Mechanical Engineering background. A masters or advanced ME degree is preferred. Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are mandatory.
