    Larry's Beans, of Raleigh, NC is excited to announce the newest FT position with our vibrant team, Account Manager.     Position Overview:-

    The Account Manager (AM) reports directly to the Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the VP Sales/COO. Close working teammates include Sales Manager, Order Processing/Inside Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Technical Sales and Service Rep, Plant Manager, and Manager of Roasting and Quality Assurance.

    Responsibilities:-

    The AM is assigned specific client(s) and is expected to manage all aspects of the client relationship and its growth. This includes collaborating with the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales to develop individual client growth plan. It also includes managing the deployment of all needed LARRY'S BEANS, INC. resources to contribute to desired outcome. Internal reporting is a key part of the job to assure 1) appropriate actions are completed and 2) to assure support redundancy in the absence of AM.

    The AM is a key participant in Sales Planning and Forecasting.

    Account portfolio includes key existing accounts in target markets PLUS active involvement in starting and nurturing new account relations that may come from 1) "wholesale inquiries", 2) "info@larrys" inquiries, 3) trade shows, and 4) other events where LBI is present.

    AM is an active participant at trade shows and sponsored events, many of which occur on weekends.

    Time Allocation & Specifics:-

    • Account Management (50%) Lead sales role with existing, assigned accounts in several mkts
    • Account Development (25%) Launching and nurturing new accounts from all entry points
    • Account Support (5%) Follow-up on slow, inactive accounts-decide needed action
    • Trade Show/Event (10%) Proactive participation in planning and execution
    • Customer Service (10%) Problem solving/possible order processing backup
