Minga is a youth-run 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to ending the child sex trade around the world. We seek to educate and empower youth and adults in our local, national, and international communities. Our name, “minga,” comes from the Quechua language of Ecuador and means “the coming together of a community to work for the betterment of all.” With your help, we can end this cycle of exploitation.

You will...

• Develop outreach campaigns
• Market and follow-up on local and national speaking tours
• Arrange logistics for speeches
• Write grants
• Organize youth public speaking trainings
• Oversee and train volunteers and interns

You must…

• Be enthusiastic about working with youth
• Be self-directed and self-motivated
• Have experience with public speaking
• Have a driver’s license
• Preferred: Know the basics of html, css, dhtml (javascript), video editing software and graphic design software
