Arrow Electronics employees recently gathered for a business leadership panel at the company’s Denver-area headquarters featuring four senior Arrow women executives discussing a variety of topics including communication style, mentoring, diversity, inclusion, career strategy and success.

Panel participants included Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Cathy Morris, Senior VP of Global Human Resources Gretchen Zech, Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer for Arrow’s Global Components business Raime Leeby-Muhle and ECS Finance Director Lisa Gerber.

After the panel discussion, attendees and panelists had an opportunity to network at a happy hour in the Arrow Innovator’s Club Lounge at Arrow headquarters. The event was hosted by the Arrow Young Professionals organization, an employee-driven collaborative group that provides regular development and networking opportunities for Arrow employees.

“We had a fantastic turnout that resulted in a very engaging discussion,” said Kirsten Lonnquist, who sits on the Arrow Young Professionals steering committee and helped to organize the event. “It’s inspiring to work in a corporate culture that values diversity and encourages such conversations. Senior executives like Cathy, Gretchen, Raime and Lisa certainly set a wonderful example.”
