Building a Better Future for People and the Planet
International Paper's Chief Sustainability Officer, Sophie Beckham, was recently featured in a video from The International Conservation Caucus Foundation (ICCF). In the video, Sophie speaks to the Vision 2030 goals, the packaging and paper company's commitment to building a better future for people and the planet.
“We have a long legacy and history of stewardship," says Sophie. “As we look to the future, we know that we need to be able to anticipate the needs of our key stakeholders. And in order to be able to advance our vision to be among the most successful, sustainable and responsible companies in the world, we have set an ambitious new suite of goals called Vision 2030. Vision 2030 is really four goal areas: Healthy and Abundant Forests, Thriving People and Communities, Renewable Solutions and Sustainable Operations."
