Campaign: Wish Stories

Five children with life-threatening medical conditions from across the country had the same wish – to meet the Power Rangers. These kids had their wishes granted by Make-A-Wish® when they not only were named Junior Rangers, but also got the chance to join forces with the Power Rangers to defeat a team of villains who were trying to shut down Power Morphicon, a bi-annual Power Rangers fan-run convention in Pasadena, CA.

The five newly-appointed Junior Rangers assisted the Power Rangers with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially kick-off the 4th bi-annual Power Morphicon, which got its start in 2006 to grant the wish of a wish kid who wanted to meet the Power Rangers.

Saban’s Power Rangers and convention organizers continued their support for Make-A-Wish by coordinating a mock battle that pitted the wish kids and their heroes, the Power Rangers Super Megaforce, against villainous foes.

Watch the battle unfold in this action-packed video from the event.

In preparation for the epic battle, the wish kids underwent “Ranger Training” the day before at a local martial arts facility. After the wish kids saved the day, they were given VIP treatment at the convention and granted front-of-the-line access to meet past and present Power Rangers casts and watch the unveiling of the new cast of the upcoming season, Power Rangers Dino Charge.
