Ingersoll Rand is sponsoring UNC Charlotte's UrbanEden house in the upcoming Solar Decathlon competition. This solar-powered house is designed with sustainable design and construction, passive heating and cooling systems, and energy efficiency in mind. It's described as a little bit of paradise in a city setting, as it provides a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living areas.
