Verizon Powerful Answers: Community Service & Electronic Recycling
Technology advances rapidly, but what happens to our antiquated devices? Verizon employees take action by helping recycle electronics in our communities that could harm the environment.
Our Recycling Rallies provide a free, convenient way for communities to recycle personal electronics. We surpassed our goal of collecting 1 million pounds of e-waste after completing more than 35 rallies around the country, and aim to collect another million pounds by 2015.
Verizon employees around the world are joining together to improve our communities and work toward a greener future — one project at a time.
