As a programme manager, I am a matchmaker between Dutch entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs in developing countries. These social entrepreneurs need expertise for their business to grow and Dutch entrepreneurs are willing to share their knowledge and learn from how business is done in other countries. All is facilitated by learning managers who coaches both entrepreneurs on their personal skill.
Next to my profession, I am board member of the Dutch CSR chicks, a network of female professionals from profit and not-for-profit sector who'd like to inspire each other about corporate social responsibility.
