About Art:	I am a futurist, consultant, and educator who focuses on the political, cultural, economic, and sociological dynamics at the convergence of traditional business, new stakeholder empowerment, and public interest values. For the past eighteen years I've headed my own independent consulting firm based in Boston, Mass. My work also involves advancing the ‘New Responsibility Paradigm’, a strategic analytical framework I developed from two years of graduate research at Georgetown University, which focuses on the transformation to greater accountability, transparency, authenticity, competency, and leadership integrity across society. My expertise as a transformation strategist includes engagements with innovative technology-based start ups and early stage ventures to mature bricks and mortar leaders as well as venerable non-profit and cause related institutions. I teach a custom CSR course at Emerson College and am a Research Fellow at the Center for Business Ethics, Bentley University.
