This is Chi Ling Lee, graduated as a Master of Science from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I am ready for every future challenge. My focus of study in Civil Engineering is Transportation. The courses and researches of my graduate training broadened my vision in this field. Among them, I learned how to analyze the data and information collected for planning and forecasting. Chicago, the hub of nationwide transportation, provides me a great environment to put my learning into practice.
Before my graduate degree, I worked for an airline company, Far Eastern Air Transport Corporation, as a specialist in fleet planning. My responsibility is to anticipate the optimal fleet scale and the schedule of maintenance for operation. With leased and owned jet airliners, contract and agreement negotiations are also important parts of my duty, which make me experienced in System Analysis and Transportation Management.
During the military service, I served the 1st Air Force Logistics Command in Taiwan as an Inspector, responsible for the Quality Control of logistic maintenance and facility inspections. I hope my major, my experience in previous job and military service can help me to be qualified for this job opportunity. Your favorable response to an interview would be greatly appreciated.
