| About Christina: |
Christina (B.S. Business - Indiana University, Masters in Business Administration with Sustainable Enterprise concentration - University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill) brings 10 years of business theory and practical experience and to bear as a strategy consultant. Christina has extensive experience in business-to-business and consumer programs that focus on transparency and reporting, analytical decision-making, sustainability strategy development and implementation, and marketing communications.
As an entrepreneurial independent consultant, Christina currently performs contract work for Domani Sustainability Consulting LLC, Strategic Sustainability Consulting, the University of North Carolina’s Center for Sustainable Enterprise, and CMG Partners. With technical knowledge in carbon footprinting, lifecycle analysis, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and more, Christina sizes up the sustainability “score card” for businesses, connects likeminded stakeholders, provides the strategic direction it takes to drive profitable sustainability initiatives,
and builds brands by synthesizing research with fresh and innovative thinking. Through her enthusiastic approach, progressive market insights, blend of public and private sector expertise, and expansive network of experts and organizations, Christina helps her clients generate
business value by integrating sustainability into their core business strategies.
Christina enjoyed co-founding The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School’s Sustainable Venture Capital Investment Competition and was honored to win the national MBA Net Impact Case Competition in 2006. Prior to obtaining her MBA degree, Christina’s professional career was focused in the retail and consumer packaged goods environment with the following brands: Macy’s, Timberland, Earthbound Farm, Tropicana, General Electric and Coleman. While residing in San Francisco, Christina served as a member of the Steering Committee for Bay Area Wilderness Training, a nonprofit that helps get urban youth outdoors.
Christina is looking for her dream job in San Francisco, and will be relocating to the Bay Area shortly. She currently lives in North Carolina, where she enjoys outdoor recreation and most recently helped to launch the North Carolina Sustainable Business Council and the Institute for Sustainable Development. |
