Elena Rodríguez Blanco been working in Cosnumer Finance Project Management during the past year succesfully finishing a credit sale. Prior to joining the leaderhsip programm, Elena was working as an independent consultant for the European Central Bank and successfully completed a 3 year project to expand the Euro area monetary policy implementation systems. Elena has also worked as a portfolio analyst (over 6 billion Euros in the bond market) and as a money market research analyst. She has an MBA with a Finance and Economics concentration from SDA Bocconi and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance. A member of Net Impact and advisory to the Board of Directors of an NGO, development and environment have always been a part of her career. Has created several business plans for NGOs and environmental organisations and won second place in a bsuiness plan competition during her MBA.
