About Jeff:	I am the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leader for the IBM Global Business Services. My job involves working with a range of industries and clients to address the emerging role of corporate social responsibility in core business strategies. Previously I was the Corporate Social Responsibility lead for the IBM Institute for Business Value (IBV) which is responsible for IBM’s consulting thought leadership. <br /> <br /> I often write and speak publicly on the topic of CSR and my background is somewhat inline with what I do - I have a Masters in Cultures and Development Studies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.
