Good work goals for the next 12 months:
I want to help identify new forms of value, as the traditional model of value creation seems largely an illusion. Corporate directors (especially at the banks) in many cases seem to believe that the financial crisis will simply blow over in a few months and we can all go back to making money out of nothing - this is clearly dysfunctional, and the faster companies understand the need for fundamental innovation on a more sustainable foundation, the stronger they will emerge from the chaos.
