Kaye Lin is a Boston University graduate with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Sociology. She came to the United States at age 6, from Burma with her immediate family. Lin says she wants to make a difference in the world and she found a way- “by using the media to instigate change”.
With her interest in social interaction and culture, she wishes to become a well-rounded journalist. She has had experience working in the field with well- known reporters and photographers. Lin has produced many news packages- from a story about a refugee imprisoned for 7 years to a feature of a body builder. Lin recently finished a documentary about gay couples and adoption.

What kind of positive change do you want to create in the world over the next 12 months?:
I want to instigate change in the world and take a stance against the injustices. I know I can make a contribution toward change - fighting against human trafficking, child labor, and gender inequality.
