About Kelly:	I help corporations across industry sectors successfully manage relationships with employees, customers, partners, communities, shareholders and stakeholders. At Best Buy, I help the company understand its reputation, and work with the communications/public affairs team to protect and preserve that reputation. I oversee the reputation monitoring tools and established our corporate responsibility reporting practices. I support Best Buy's ethical supply chain practices, and I'm engaged in our Women's Leadership Forum (Wolf). Prior to Best Buy, I worked with Padilla Speer Beardsley Inc., supporting clients including Rockwell Automation, BASF, ConocoPhillips, and Coors Brewing Co. I'm a member of the advisory board for the M.A. in Strategic Communication program at the University of Minnesota. I volunteer my time in support of women's issues. I'm Accredited in Public Relations (APR) through PRSA, with a B.S. degree in mass communications from St. Cloud State University (SCSU).
