I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in International studies. Now, I am considering a career in photojournalism. I enjoy photography, reading, and creative writing. I hope to partner with organizations that use the media and art as a means to expose injustice and educate local and international communities about sustainable efforts that ensure the protection of human rights and provision of basic necessities.
What kind of positive change do you want to create in the world over the next 12 months?:
i hope to help others help themselves by expressing themselves and finding their voice. i desire to make change by getting the world to pay attention and listen more closely to the plight of the marginalized and the poor. that by speaking truth about their experiences we can mobilize the international community to work in solidarity towards sustainable growth opportunities and create institutional and social change.
