About Nicole:	I joined HSBC in December 2004 in a strategic marketing role developing programs for the bank's customer offering. In 2006, I led the design and development of the US bank's first ever, successful Green Campaign leveraging the company's impressive environmental credentials and I continue to lead green marketing efforts at HSBC today. I am a member of HSBC's Climate Partnership Action Team, a corporate, global advisory board that advises the corporation on its environmental progress. Earlier in my career I worked in various entertainment marketing roles in the cable, mobile and internet industries and have over ten years of experience as a creative, strategic marketer. Over the past three years, I have enjoyed participating in many sustainable field projects including an Alaskan glacier project with Earthwatch, a forest conservation project with the Smithsonian Institute in Maryland and in a tribal community sustainability project in the Brazil interior with LEAD International.
