About Paul:	I have focused of my career on developing business strategies that utilize technology and innovation in order to drive greater corporate responsibility. I am seeking an opportunity to leverage my leadership experience and passion for sustainability in a manner that can generate profitable and exponential growth for progressive companies. In addition to my passion for sustainability, I have the technical background and business sense to successfully develop this opportunity. In 2000, while studying in Denmark, I became interested in socially and environmentally responsible business practices. Since then sustainability has been consistent focus of my business education and professional development. While studying for my MBA, I spent a semester in Hong Kong and traveled through out Asia. As a result of this experience, I was inspired to create a business solution to help fight global poverty. The Egg Module, is a micro-franchising business that uses design experiment methodologies, primary market research and social media to create replicable small-scale poultry production businesses in the developing world. The Egg Module’s landing pages have received over 25,000 hits, and there are three projects currently under management. In addition to being a social entrepreneur, my professional experience includes consulting C level executives at Gold'n Plump Poultry. This multi-year engagement centered on the development of long-term marketing and business strategies. My recommendations aided the development of corporate social and environmental responsibility initiates. I use balanced approach that combines process control, lean six-sigma, mass collaboration and employee engagement to implement and scale my innovative solutions. Finally, as a member of the leadership team of the Minneapolis Chapter of Net Impact, I help facilitate the adoption of sustainable business strategies to the greater Minnesota business community.
