General Information

About Sam:	I'm passionate about new ideas and new ways for people to come together and work toward cultural change. I'm currently working on a startup venture called ThoughtLead, a software application for visionaries who want to create educational communities around their ideas. Our company is also launch "The Inspired Idea," a speakers series on how ideas get spread and can change the world. My background is in community development and social entrepreneurship, having worked with AmeriCorps in between my freshman and sophomore years of college and founded the Microfinance Club at the University of Pennsylvania. I was also a Fellow at the StartingBloc Institute for Social Innovation. I studied politics at Penn, and am still passionate about it, but only as it relates to actually creating a better future. I'm also a core member of EnlightenNext and am honored to have a student-teacher relationship with its founder, Andrew Cohen. I deeply believe that Evolutionary Enlightenment holds an important key to our individual and collective development as human beings, and that creating an egoless field of creative engagement is necessary for humanity to step forward in a new and positive way.
