About Seth:	I am currently a postgraduate student at King's College London completing and MA in Cities, Culture & Social Change. This will compliment my undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews (MA Honours Geography). Come September I will be looking to start my career focusing around urban sustainability and regeneration issues. I am interested in these areas whether it be through consulting, planning or other means. Through past working experiences I feel I have already gained good knowledge around sustainability and urban issues. I have interned in 2005 with the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Association in Boston (USA) dealing with the redevelopment of a 15-acre reclaimed area to be turned into cultural venues and parkland. I completed my undergraduate dissertation on how the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA) has been used as an anchor for regeneration in the West Philadelphia area. With two others, I carried out a field study in Singapore looking at how the city's redevelopmed Chinatown has impacted perceptions of authenticity. Finally, and most recently, I have completed an internship with the London East Research Association (London, England) and created part of a larger report commissioned by the Greater London Authority on how London 2012 can increase jobs and skills training for East Londoners to promote a more sustainable London.

What kind of positive change do you want to create in the world over the next 12 months?:	Within the next year I would like to assist in evaluating urban approaches to sustainability. Through changes in the built environment, impacts of development can be lessened for a more sustainable future.
