About Tammie Jo:	Founder/Exec. Dir. One Small Drop - a global non-profit conentrating in Tanzania. I am married to my best friend, have 3 great kids (Zack 21, Alex(andria) 18 and Paige 15. I have been in the field of Youth and Family Ministry for the past 8 years, and have a history in Economic Development in rural areas. For leisure I love to garden, sing and play music on the guitar, hammered dulcimer, string bass, keyboard, percussion and my newest addition: harp.
