Held pivotal roles at The Body Shop International, KPMG and AccountAbility and during her 20 year career in this field made pioneering contributions in the areas of strategy development, stakeholder engagement, supply chain management, reporting and assurance. Made instrumental contributions to the various sustainability standards & initiatives – notably AA1000 Assurance and Stakeholder Engagement Series of Standards. Sat on the founding board of Ethical Trading Initiative. Currently member of Global Reporting Initiative’s Technical Advisory Committee. Publications include The Stakeholder Corporation – A Blueprint for Maximizing Stakeholder Value, endorsed by global leaders from prime ministers to Noble Laureates as a seminal work. Recently ranked number three in CSR International’s global advisory leaders category.
