About brooke:	For the past thirty years, I’ve actively pursued adventure in wild landscapes and I believe in using lessons learned from nature’s ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions in organizational transformation. I have an MBA in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute and a Biology degree from the University of Utah. I’ve run a non-profit organization and have been the keynote speaker and panelist at numerous meetings, conferences, and workshops. I’ve authored books: Utah: A Celebration of the Landscape with photography by Tom Till, Halflives: Reconciling Work and Wildness; The Escalante: The Best Kind of Nothing; and Utah Ski Country published in 1986 by Utah Geographic. Plus hundreds of articles. I’m currently in the process of forming The Great West Institute, a think tank to explore expansion and innovation in the conservation movement.
