About jerome:	Jerry Peloquin is an Organizational Psychologist with over twenty-five years of operating and consulting practice experience. As former director of Sylavan Learning Systems Human Performance Consulting division, he reorganized and led the technical training function of a major expatriate automotive manufacturer. He also a former senior consultant to US AID. Recently Mr. Peloquin has been a consultant to the Grameen Foundation USA. Last year he traveled to New Delhi, India where he presented an one-day executive briefing for senior management of Grameen’s high-growth MFI partners. Recently he led a team of senior managers and consultants in delivering a one-week workshop to a growing MFI in Tunisia, North Africa.
