Over the past 15 years I have had the opportunity to function as a leader in the non-profit field. I have been able to serve as a program supervisor, development associate, program coordinator, director of programs, and interim executive director. The progression through different management roles has allowed me to develop into a strong, passionate, tenacious, and visionary leader. These are the strengths that I will continue to bring to subsequent leadership roles within the social services and non-profit sector.
