Coming in late to this discussion. I have experience in creating educational web portals that are Online and distance education that is affordable and scaleable. This was something that was under discussion - under corporate responsibility ..

pretty sweet documentation of some raw stakeholder engagement. Hopefully the conversation will continue and expand so that Shell can remain in dialogue with concerned stakeholders... and move forward with real action and solutions. I wonder what types of external stakeholder pressure it takes in a complex situation like this, to provoke real change....?
