Bombardier’s Sustainability Leadership Recognized

January 30, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Bombardier announced today that it has won the Industry Leader, Gold Class distinction for the third consecutive year in RobecoSAM’s “The Sustainability Yearbook”, the world’s most comprehensive publication on corporate sustainability. This follows Bombardier’s participation in RobecoSAM’s 2014 Corporate Sustainability Assessment, and subsequent listing, for the eighth consecutive year, as a component in the Dow Jones Sustainability World and the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Indices, benchmark indicators of sustainability.

Additionally, for the second time, it has listed among the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, an annual index released during the World Economic Forum in Davos by Toronto-based media and investment advisory company, Corporate Knights Inc. On the 2015 Global 100, Bombardier is the only company listed within the Aerospace & Defense industry, as well as the fourth highest ranking Canadian company on the index of a total of 12.
